About Julie Cotton

Julie is a big believer in giving people the resources they need to live their healthiest lives!

Her mom had all kinds of health issues - mental, emotional and physical. A desire to help people feel better was born in her young heart as she wished she could've helped ease her mom's suffering.

As a result, she became an avid student of health and wellness practices.

Julie has been working in the virtual training space long before COVID made it the norm. She is delighted to share her healing expertise with you and your loved ones so we can all feel better while we continue to shelter at home.

Julie has been a licensed massage therapist for 13 years and has helped over 15,000 people feel better in their bodies and get out of pain. She synthesizes techniques like NeuroMuscular Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release, Sports Massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Assisted Stretching, and several other hands-on techniques to support clients in lengthening tight muscles and relieving chronic and acute pain. She then demonstrates simple strengthening and at-home movement exercises using her training as a Pilates, Yoga and Martial Arts Instructor to best fit the needs and ROM (Range of Motion) of her clients.

"Partner" can be a spouse, child, parent, friend or other loved one that can benefit from massage

All courses will be held both in-person and virtually using Zoom. Slots are limited to seven (7) couples per day in-person and eight (8) couples per day virtually. Massage table recommended though not required. We will have tea and light refreshments for in person attendees.

The teaching and demonstration portion of the course will be recorded and available for purchase for those unable to attend.

For those participants joining us live, there will be practice time for you and your partner, family member, friend or whomever you want to share the gift of touch with. Julie will be giving tips specific to your issues and answering questions throughout your practice time.
