All techniques taught and demonstrated by Julie will be performed by you and your partner in the comfort of your own space, allowing both partners to help each other relieve stress and muscle pain. The massage will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Experience the immediate benefit of feeling deep relaxation and calm. The massage causes the release of endorphins – the brain chemicals that produce feelings of wellbeing. Levels of stress hormones, such as adrenalin and cortisol, are also reduced. Studies have shown that a reduction of these stress hormones can improve the immune system.
Julie has been working with holistic centers, chiropractors, acupuncturists, yoga, pilates, martial arts studios and wellness centers across the US since 2007. She specializes in integrating modalities to optimize clients experience, decrease pain, increase range of motion and enhance overall vitality in life.

All courses will be held both in-person and virtually using Zoom. Slots are limited to seven (7) couples per day in-person and eight (8) couples per day virtually. Massage table recommended though not required. We will have tea and light refreshments for in person attendees.
The teaching and demonstration portion of the course will be recorded and available for purchase for those unable to attend.
